Standard Structural Engineering Report (Wind and Snow Loads)

Streamline your permit process with our Standard Structural Engineering Report, calculated for the dome tent size and frame configuration you select. This professionally prepared report details wind and snow load capacities, helping you meet local building authority requirements.

While this report is included at no extra charge with every dome tent purchase, we also offer it separately for customers who need building authority approval before placing a dome order. Your report is delivered as a watermarked e-copy, prepared by a licensed professional engineer, and includes a unique identifier (such as your name or order number) on every page.

Please note that these reports are available exclusively for our standard-size domes featured online. Ensure you select the correct dome tent size and dome frame pipe configuration, as some models are offered in more than one configuration.

You can find the confirmed snow and wind rating values on our dome listings pages under the DOME TENT SPECS tab. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that these ratings meet or exceed the local requirements for your area.

This is the same report provided to every dome tent customer after their order is placed. You don't need to purchase it in advance unless your local building authority requires it for permit approval.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
The structural reports are the intellectual property of Glamping Dome Store. It is strictly prohibited and unlawful to use these reports for any dome tent structures not supplied by Glamping Dome Store. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use will result in legal action. We will pursue all available legal remedies in every instance of misuse.

Terms of Sale:

The cost of the Standard Structural Report will be deducted from the final total of your dome purchase. Please contact us before placing an order so we can deduct this amount from your order total and provide you with an accurate purchase total. Structural reports are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, regardless of whether you proceed with a dome tent order. If you mistakenly order a report for one dome size (e.g., 5m) and, after receiving it, request a report for a different dome size (e.g., 6m), you will need to purchase a new report for the 6m structure. The cost of the original report will not be reimbursed.

To protect our intellectual property, every report is digitally watermarked, uniquely identified, and, where possible, secured with digital rights management to restrict unauthorized copying or distribution. These measures ensure that the report is for your internal use only with dome tent structures supplied by Glamping Dome Store.

DELIVERY—ALL-INCLUSIVE SHIPPING:

Our dome tent prices include brokerage, applicable duties, and import taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees up to your local warehouse or to a physical address accessible for commercial transport in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, or the contiguous United States.

The exceptions for each country are as follows:

● For the USA: Excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other territories.
● For Canada: Excludes Newfoundland and Labrador, the Territories, and Prince Edward Island.
● For New Zealand: available within the Auckland area; other destinations require a special quote; NZ GST and import tariffs are not included.
● For Australia: available within zip codes 2, 3, and 4; other destinations require a special quote.

Please note:

● We typically offer door-to-door delivery. However, if a customer’s location cannot be accessed by a commercial truck, we may arrange for pickup at the nearest available warehouse. In such cases, a docking fee may apply at the warehouse, and a disposal fee may be charged if crate or garbage disposal is required.

● Delivery to New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) may require up to an additional 14 days due to geographical location and logistical considerations.

● Delivery time: Typically, it takes 9–12 weeks from the moment you place your order with us to receive your dome tent.

● This product is exclusively available for purchase alongside a dome tent. For customers opting to purchase this product separately at a later date, shipping costs will apply.
